Start by reviewing the program options and current schedule. The live class schedule, customer portal and online account services are handled through The Studio Director. Some classes or placements may require direct contact with the studio.
What if my child misses class?
The Dance Place places a strong emphasis on consistent attendance and historically provides make-up opportunities when students miss class. Current make-up schedules are provided. You can find the make-up schedules within the parent portal.
How is tuition handled?
Tuition, account balances, invoices, and payment history can all be managed through the Parent Portal. Families can make payments online, set up automatic payments for added convenience, and review their account activity at any time. Payments may also be made directly at The Dance Place by cash or check.
How do I know which class is right for my dancer?
Proper placement is a priority. Age, experience, technique and individual needs all matter, so the studio can help guide families when the correct level is not obvious from the schedule.
What types of programs are available?
The Dance Place offers recreational and accelerated pathways, performance and competition opportunities, and rotating short-take or special programs. Styles include ballet, tap, jazz, contemporary, hip hop, acrobatics, technique, pointe and more depending on season and level.
